24 Contestants Total Up to 24 contestants will perform the program of their choice for the duration of 65-75 minutes. Up to nine contestants will be selected by the Jury to advance to the Schubert Round.

Awards Ceremony & Concert Gala Orchestra Hall, Minneapolis
  Each prize winner will receive their reward and perform a short piece prior to intermission. Following intermission, the winner will play his or her selected concerto with the Minnesota Orchestra.
