At the age of 10, Zhiheng Guo was accepted into the Shanghai Conservatory of Music. He continues to study in the Conservatory’s middle school, under the guidance of Professor Beihua Tang. Now 13, Zhiheng has won many awards, including 2nd prize in the Shanghai Steinway National Piano Competition for Young Musicians (2007), 1st prize in the International Music Festival in Jiansu (2010), and 1st prize in the concerto competition of the Beijing International Music Festival and Academy. Through various music festivals and piano academies, he has been tutored by prestigious teachers from around the world.
