About Sasha:
Sasha Bult-Ito, 16, has been a prolific performer over the past six years in her home city of Fairbanks Alaska as well as in Interlochen, Michigan where she is currently studying.  Among these concert engagements is her featured performance to benefit the Japan Earthquake and Tsunami victims in 2011.
Bult-Ito is a three-time first place winner in the Fairbanks Symphony Concerto Competition. In 2011, she won the Interlochen Summer Arts Camp Intermediate Division Concerto Competition, and appeared with the Interlochen Intermediate Division Symphony Orchestra as a soloist. She has won the Alaska State Division of MTNA, has been a two-time finalist of the Interlochen Arts Academy Annual Concerto Competition, and a two-time finalist of the David D. Dubois Competition. She was named a finalist in the 2015 YoungArts Competition and attended the National YoungArts Week in Miami, Florida in January.
Bult-Ito began her piano studies at age four with her mother. She is currently studying with Thomas Lymenstull in her final year at the Interlochen Arts Academy in Michigan.  She has performed in several master classes with notable artists over the years including with Nelita True, Santiago Rodriguez, Jonathan Biss, John Perry, and Alexander Kobrin.
