About Lindsay:
Lindsay Garritson has performed throughout the United States and abroad since the age of 4, receiving top prizes at numerous piano competitions.
In 2013, she participated in the prestigious Van Cliburn international competition.
Garritson also actively participates in music festivals and courses worldwide. She attended the 2013 Bogota International Piano Festival in Colombia as a recitalist and master class presenter.
Also an accomplished violinist, Garritson was concertmaster of the St. Louis Symphony Youth Orchestra from 2003-2006.
Garritson holds a bachelorís degree in music from Principia College and a masterís degree and artist diploma from Yale School of Music. Her piano teachers include Boris Berman, Luiz de Moura Castro, Zena Ilyashov, Emilio Del Rosario, the late Jane Allen and Jennifer Lim.
She lives in New Haven, Conn., and is a staff accompanist for strings at the Yale school.
